Artwork Care Agreement

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Amos Nappo ("Artist") and the collector (“Collector”) upon the acquisition of the artwork

“EXO 02” ("Artwork").

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the responsibilities of both parties concerning the care and maintenance of the Artwork.

2. Acknowledgment

By accepting the delivery of the Artwork,

the Collector acknowledges the following:

a. The Artwork has been received in good condition and free from any damage caused during shipping.

b. The Collector understands the value and significance of the Artwork as a unique piece of artistic creation.

3. Artist's Assurance

The Artist hereby assures the Collector that:

a. The Artwork has been crated with the utmost care and attention to detail.

b. In the event of any damage incurred to the Artwork during transportation or otherwise, the Artist will undertake to repair and restore the Artwork, at no additional cost to the Collector.

However, the Collector may be responsible for potential shipping costs associated with returning the Artwork to the Artist, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Collector's Responsibilities

The Collector agrees to:

a. Handle the Artwork with care and diligence, taking necessary precautions to prevent any damage.

b. Notify the Artist immediately in the event of any damage or deterioration observed in the Artwork.

5. Communication and Contact

The Collector acknowledges that they can contact the Artist through the designated communication channels provided on the Artist's website. The Artist will respond promptly to any inquiries or concerns regarding the Artwork.
